XY Axis Crossed Roller Guide Stage (Part Numbers)

A lightweight and high precision stage. The XY axis is assembled within 10μm of perpendicularity.

· A cross-roller guide stage XY axis combined type with a stage surface size of either 80, 100 or 120 mm.
· The lightweight main body is made of aluminum (black alumite).
