FRN-P2 series option rack (Part Numbers)
This option is a FRN-P2 series G1 gear dedicated rack gear.
[Features]
· Speed characteristics
· The torque of the rotary damper changes according to the rotation speed.
· In general, as shown in the figure on the right, the torque increases as the rotation speed increases, and decreases as the rotation speed decreases.
· Regarding the torque value of the catalog, 20rpm is the torque value at the time of rotation.
· In addition, the torque at startup is slightly different from the rated torque.
· Temperature characteristics
· The torque of the rotary damper varies according to the operating environment temperature.
· In general, as shown in the figure on the right, the torque decreases as the temperature rises, and rises as the temperature decreases.
· This is because the viscosity of the silicone oil inside the damper is affected by the temperature change, hence if the temperature returns to original, the torque returns to the original.
