This is safety equipment mounted on safety doors and machines which prevents accidents caused by doors and machines being turned on carelessly.
Standard Japanese manufactured products that are widely used by major automobile and steel manufacturers
· MISUMI Sales/Manufacturer: Daiwa Electric Industry Co., Ltd. 2 types of stainless steel are newly added!
· This can be installed at an entrance door of a dangerous area, and is used with a setting that turns off power when a plug is removed
· 3-split type is made more secure by having the operator to carry one of the parts (see figure below)
· It cannot be used in a location where there is severe vibration or shock, or a significant amount of dust, mist or corrosive gas.
· Do not mount downward as there is a risk of dropout.
· Do not insert or remove while power is on other than in emergency. It may shorten the contact life.
· Take precautions in case the driving source is blocked by pulling out the plug. (such as an electromagnetic brake)
· Do not configure the emergency stop circuit only by using this product. The emergency stop state may be canceled simply by inserting the plug, causing danger.
· Mount in a position where water and oil do not reach.
· After the plug is disconnected, do not touch the charged portion of the socket.
