Product Overview
 
Most market products use aluminum capacitors with an application frequency of 1 Hz to 5KHz. The actual detection frequency is much lower than 50 Hz, which cannot meet the requirements for high-speed detection.
The economical tantalum capacitor type high-speed proximity sensor uses a tantalum capacitor (MnO2), with an application frequency range of 1 Hz to 1 GHz, meeting the high-speed detection requirement of a maximum actual workpiece detection frequency of 120 Hz.
 
Advantages of using tantalum capacitors:
1. High-frequency response: Tantalum capacitors usually have excellent high-frequency response. They can handle frequencies above 100 Hz.
2. High stability: Tantalum capacitors can maintain excellent stability over a wide temperature range. Does not change with changes in ambient temperature.
3. Long lifespan, high precision: Tantalum capacitors have an extremely long lifespan. The typical lifespan of a tantalum capacitor is usually over 10 years.
4. High capacitance density: Tantalum capacitors have high density characteristics, allowing a very small capacitor to store a large amount of charge.
Disadvantages:
Compared to aluminum electrolytic capacitors, tantalum capacitors have a smaller capacity and are also more expensive.

To prevent signal interference, the distance from the sensor surface to the detected object should be ≥ 3Sn (Sn: sensor sensing distance), and the distance between two adjacent proximity sensors should be ≥ D (D: sensor diameter). No protection around the sensor; the sensing surface must maintain a distance of Y from the mounting surface.
The distance between the sensing surface and the detected object should be ≥ 3Sn, and the distance between two adjacent proximity sensors should be ≥ 2D (D is the sensor diameter).
