Three types of cleaning methods are available: degreasing, precision cleaning, and electrolytic polishing + precision cleaning. They can be ordered from one piece with the standard part number.
This eliminates the need for customer cleaning or outsourced cleaning, reducing the amount of time and effort required.

■How to Specify Allowable Load of Bracket

This represents the allowable load per bracket for the extrusion assembly structured by bridging a beam extrusion between two vertical extrusions and then, attaching a bracket just below the bottom face of each end of the beam extrusion.
Allowable Load here means the load under which the bracket can stays at its position (without fracturing or sliding), after all of its mounting holes are fixed with screws.

* The following explanation is about the hole-staggered bracket "HBLSD6-P."

Do you have the following issues?

Issue 1	I want to design with a configuration where the 1 slot extrusions are parallel to each other and at a 90-degree angle.
Issue 2	When fastening 2 slots and 1 slot extrusions at a 90-degree angle in parallel, there was a concern that the only way to fasten them was to use a sheet metal plate on the back.
Issue 3	I want to fasten the sides of the extrusions economically and compactly

These issues are solved with Thin Brackets Hole Position Alteration Type.

Solution

Since the screws do not interfere with each other, each of the bracket side faces can be easily assembled vertically with the mating extrusion side face through the extrusion slot.
