Is it a quality problem?: Answer: The urethane layer of Economy series urethane coated bolt is sintered on the bolt, which can absorb the impact from the front, but when the stress point is too inclined sideways, it is relatively easier to fall off. If there is a considerable requirement for lateral force, it is recommended to use Economy series urethane coated bolt Female thread fixed type.
Question: The product head does not have a wrench slot or hex socket for installation, how to use?: Answer: This product is mainly used in applications where the buffering position needs to be adjusted. After the rubber-coated bolts are screwed to the specified position with bare hands, they are locked with nuts. If the product thread part is completely out of the mounting surface, it is recommended to use Economy series urethane coated bolt Male thread fixed type or Economy series urethane coated bolt Female thread fixed type.
Question: Can urethane be wiped with alcohol?: Answer: Yes, only a small amount of alcohol can be applied for wiping.
Urethane is a chemical resistant material, susceptible to corrosion. It can be dried or placed naturally after applying a small amount of alcohol. Other highly corrosive chemicals can not be applied even in small amounts.
Question: Is there a tolerance for urethane hardness, and if so, what is the tolerance value?: Answer: There are tolerances for various hardnesses, and the normal value is generally around shore hardness ±5°.
