Panel Clamp for Aluminum Frames (NSCP7H-S-12)

Volume Discount

Clamps (NSCP□H) for attaching panels to MISUMI aluminum extrusions. Up to 85% more economical than similar products (HSCP□H). Can be easily cut with scissors or a utility knife, etc.

Overview

This method involves fitting the Panel Mounts into the groove of the frame. This method
is recommended for those who value design, as it does not require drilling holes in the Panel Mounts or fastening with screws. It can only be used when assembling with
screw joints, center joints, single joints, first-in double joints, and last-in double joints.

■ Installation method

The Panel Mounts size must be determined so that the fastening members do not interfere with the Panel Mounts.
(1) Fasten the three frames with blind joint parts.
(2) Insert the Panel Mounts into the frame groove.
(3) Cut the Panel Mounts clamp or inverted groove cover to the frame size and insert it into the gap.
