Toothed washers have teeth on the inner side, the outer side, or both, so that the teeth bite into the fitting part to prevent loosening.
Grooved hex nuts can prevent loosening by inserting a pin to lock the bolt into the hole and castle-like groove.

[Features]
· Press nut that can obtain a high mounting strength thanks to the knurled portion under the neck.
· Portion of the nut under the neck has a unique shape (knurled, grooved) and so a high mounting strength can be obtained.
· Post-processing such as rust-proof processing, sputtering treatment for weld-on nuts, etc., not required.
· Product can be press fit to a stainless steel base material with low hardness (Hv 160 or less).
