Hydraulic solenoid valves are parts used in hydraulic equipment or hydraulic hoses to control the opening or closing of oil circuits. In a solenoid valve, a coil through which current flows acts as an electromagnet, and flow is controlled by moving the valve. These valves use electricity to switch ON/OFF or change the flow direction, pressure or flow rate. They are widely used in construction machinery, cargo-handling machines, agricultural machines, press machines and other devices. A common type is the 2-port hydraulic solenoid valve, which is used to stop or start the flow of fluids. Three-way and 4-way types can be used to control the flow or direction. The controllable flow rate and pressure vary, and some types are available with dust-proof or waterproof functionality. Compact, space-saving types have also become more popular.
