Vacuum Filters（Removal Subject：Dust, Moisture）

A vacuum filter is a component that removes dust and moisture sucked together with air by a vacuum generator. It is installed in front of vacuum pumps and ejectors to protect equipment. By using the cyclone effect and elements, dust and water droplets are removed from the air. Vacuum filters include the VFR type, which has a large duct case, the VFB type, which allows the duct case to be removed with a single-action, the VFU type, which has a low piping resistance, the VFJ type, which combines a main body and a nipple, etc. In addition, there are various performances offered depending on the type, such as those whose elements can be replaced and washed, those that are compact, those that can be easily attached and removed, etc. The substances that can be removed depend on the performance of the filter, such as dust, moisture, soot, etc.
