Flexible Hoses（Connecting Part Material：Brass）

Flexible hoses are hose-related parts that are resistant to bending, twisting, vibration, etc. Flexible hoses are suitable for adjusting piping errors and absorbing vibrations. The material of the hose is stainless steel, copper, fluoropolymer, etc. Stainless steel and copper are hard materials, but the structure is devised to be corrugated, making them flexible hoses like rubber tubes. Non-welded flexible hose equipped with sealed unions that are highly effective in reducing piping work.
[Features]
· Product with easy piping as there are union brackets on both sides, and the brackets can be split into halves.
· Features excellent corrosion resistance. · Excellent flexibility and vibration proofing. · Stable sealing performance allows high quality to be retained.
· As the inner diameter of the tube is large, its structure causes less pressure loss and allows the flow rate to be easily secured.
· Since the sealing agent is applied to the union in advance, it eliminates the time and trouble of coating with a sealing agent during piping.
· The gasket is non-asbestos for the FCMB bracket and PTFE for the SUS304 bracket as standard.
[Applications]
· Can be used for all types of general piping such as piping error adjustment and displacement absorption.
· It absorbs vibrations generated by equipment, preventing pipe damage.
