Ducts Fittings

Duct hoses and duct pipe fittings are hoses and the parts used to connect them. The hoses are used for ventilation or intake of contaminated air generated in plants and indoor environments, or for collecting shavings or other debris. They are used in a wide range of areas such as construction, industry and farming. Duct hoses usually have a bellows construction, and flexible types that are extendable and freely bendable are the most common. This design enables them to be easily cut with scissors or wire cutters, enabling adjustment at the worksite. Duct hoses and duct pipe fittings are made of materials such as PVC, aluminum and polypropylene. Duct hoses are available with various characteristics such as flexibility and heat resistance, so should be chosen to match the application and objective. There are sound-absorbing types that are effective when the surrounding environment must not be disturbed.
