Duct Hoses（Material：Elastomer）

Duct hoses are hoses that are installed in buildings, facilities, vehicles, etc., and used for sending and exhausting, collected dust, discharging powder, etc. Duct hoses have various characteristics such as flame retardance, cold resistance, oil resistance, etc. In addition, since there are substances suitable for each product such as air, powder, sparks, oil mist, etc., it is necessary to select according to the application. Products using specially coated glass cloth and stainless steel plate are hoses with excellent flame retardancy that are flexible and easy to store and transport. Suitable for welding, suction of grinder sparks, intake and exhaust of hot air generating and circulating devices, etc. Hose made of special PVC, which is easy to cut and install and has excellent oil resistance, is suitable for collecting oil mist in places where machine oil scatters, such as lathes, milling machines, etc. Hose that uses a special laminated film does not generate dust even if the surface is rubbed, so it is suitable for duct hoses in facilities that require low dust generation such as cleanrooms, etc.
