Pipe U-Straps（Applicable Pipe Type Details：Flame-resistant Two-Layer Pipes）
U-shaped brackets are support fittings for piping and the general term for U-bolts and U-bands. They are also known as anti-vibration brackets. They are used when fastening a pipe or square bar to a wall, floor or the ground. Both ends of the U shape feature male screw threads, enabling bracket attachment by fastening nuts without having to turn the bolts themselves. U-shaped brackets are made of materials such as steel and stainless steel. When installing piping outdoors, rust-resistant materials and surface treatments can be selected. Since U-shaped brackets are designed as supporting fasteners, the pipe's outer diameter and application should be checked to select the right model for the pipe. There are also horizontal U-shaped brackets for fastening parts such as square bars. There are models with electrical insulation coatings and models with rubber pads on the U-band for anti-vibration assistance.
