Valves for various applications（Body Lining：Nylon）

Valves for various applications are parts for stopping or passing through fluids such as gases and liquids and controlling such flow rates. They are placed in piping systems through which fluids pass, and have the open/close mechanism. Valves are generally divided into 6 types. They include radiator valves and fan coil valves with the thermal radiation function, alarm valves that detect running water, emergency shutoff valves that shut off the fluid flow in an emergency. In addition, check valves used to stop fluids are included, and some are also referred to as foot valve and ballcock. Depending on the valve type for each application, there are difference in the ways of stopping the fluid flow, flow-rate adjustment, supported opening/closing frequencies, etc. Furthermore, the applicable temperature and pressure vary depending on the material, making a difference in the pressure loss that is important for fluid control. Therefore, it is necessary to select the item according to the application, the type of fluid and the environment.

· TV single-opening.
· The structure of the TV single-door type of the valve body part, which is the core of the foot valve, is simple and can instantaneously react to the movement of fluids caused by opening and closing of the main valve, eliminating concern about trouble with little fluid resistance.
· Foot valves with cast iron lining and nylon or epoxy resin coating on the cast iron surface obviously have better resistance to corrosion compared to conventional products, but also have high chemical resistance and a low coefficient of friction, and thus do not tend to get water stains, etc. and have many sanitary advantages.
· Acid dividing structure.
▪ The main body has a triset structure to meet the unique needs of the customer.
▪ It can be widely used as its material is also assembled with SCS and gunmetal and its compatible parts are combined with each packing.
▪ Pressure-resistant O-ring is used in this product.
▪ The outer packing of cast iron lining foot valve is reliable as it has adopted a method of drainage for the original O ring that employ specifications of concave type and it is assumed that the product can withstand a heavy burden for fixed intervals.
