Couplers, One-Touch Joints（Body Material：Stainless Steel）

We handle a number of couplers and one-touch joints. By using the plug and socket as a set, it can be attached and detached easily. In the MISUMI e-catalog, you can select male and female types, volute type that can be used to mount tubes, nut tightening type and the like with one click, making it easy to find the desired coupler and one-touch joint.

[What is a coupler?]
It is a device that enables easy attachment/detachment by using a plug and socket in a set. It is selected from fluid temperature and type, pressure, availability of automatic opening/closing valve mechanism and mounting size shape. There are those with backflow prevention function for when removing the coupler and those without (no-bulb type).

·The socket and plug come with a self-closing valve with high sealed structure. Great for vacuum applications.
·Both the socket and plug are equipped with an automatic open/close valve for easy fluid handling. It also supports a wide range of vacuum applications up to a vacuum pressure of 1.3 × 10^-1 Pa (1 × 10^-3 mmHg) even when separated.
·3 types of seal materials are available to meet the needs of production lines for air conditioners and refrigerators.
·Fluid can be flown from either the socket side or the plug side.
·Different sizes cannot be connected.
· * This product can be connected to the SP-V coupler, but please pay attention to the flow rate.
