Filter

Filters are sheets or devices that remove a specific component of the item provided. Filters can also refer to equipment that removes solids or contaminants in liquids. Filters are used in equipment such as gas masks and oil filters. Various types are available, such as filters used with cleaning fluid. Filter types include Dusclean filters, cartridge filters and filters for paint booth ventilation. Filters are made of materials such as coconut fiber, polyester, polyolefin and modacrylic. Choosing the right filter for the site is important since filtration ability increases in proportion to the fineness of the filter mesh, and using a coarse-mesh filter tends to reduce filtration ability. The risk of a filter becoming clogged increases in proportion to its usage time, so the usage environment should be considered when choosing a filter.
