A hand chuck is a device that chucks and handles workpieces using air or electric power as a drive source. Depending on the gripping method, it is divided into clamping or opening, and there are also parallel types, swing types, chuck types, etc. Of these types, the parallel type that sandwiches the linear guide has been used, which enables long grip gripping. It features high accuracy and long life. In addition, the clamping chuck type can reduce moment generation and blurring. It features high rigidity, and supports various workpiece diameters. It is important when selecting the points to confirm whether the operation method is double-acting or single-acting (whether it is always open / close), whether the body structure is square or cylindrical, the gripping force on the open and closed sides, etc.
