Pipe Frames（Surface Treatment, Coating：AAS Plastic）

Pipe frames are versatile section bars that consist of resin-coated steel pipe material. They can be used as materials for various industrial products. They are highly versatile structural materials supporting a wide range of applications. Green Frame is the name of an original aluminum pipe structural material made by Japanese manufacturer SUS. Green Frame products fasten with just a single bolt, and are freely connectable in any direction such as vertically, horizontally or diagonally. Frames of various strengths, thicknesses and functions are available to meet a wide range of applications. For example, they can be used to automate or improve the efficiency of production lines, or fastened together with accessories. The standard frame has a highly versatile 28 mm outer dimension, for a good balance of functionality and strength. The characteristic shape with 4 projections enables a wide range of applications by making assembly easy and enabling high expandability.
