MISUMI

Conveyor roller with sprocket. The material of the roller is steel, and the material of the sprocket is S45C.
The number of sprocket teeth is 10, and the compatible chain is CHE40. The length of the roller part can be selected from 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500. Manufacturer recommended axis: Φ11.9 (+0,-0.1)

Conveyor Rollers-Urethane Lined Type

MISUMI

Urethane lined conveyor roller with bearing. The core metal material can be selected from steel, aluminum alloy, and stainless steel (SUS304).
Please refer to the specification table for roller strength.
The shore (hardness) of urethane is A90, A70, A50, and the color is natural. Urethane thickness can be selected from 3, 4, and 5.
A90 is ether urethane, A50/A70 is ester urethane.
Additionally, the urethane of Shore A90 can be changed to antistatic urethane through additional machining (UDC).
