Urethane Rollers - with Thread

MISUMI

This is a tapped type urethane lining roller. By using a tap, it can be easily attached to the shaft.
There are two types of shapes: straight or crown type. The material of the core metal can be selected from stainless steel (SUS304) and aluminum (aluminum alloy).
The shore hardness of urethane (natural color) can be specified as A50, A70, or A90.
A90 is ether urethane, A50/A70 is ester urethane. In addition, (UDC) allows you to change the urethane to antistatic urethane.

Urethane, Rubber Lined Rollers - Straight Set Screw Type

MISUMI

lining roller with a set screw machined on the shaft end. There are two types of core material: SUS304 or aluminum alloy.
You can choose from three types for the lining: urethane, silicone, and heat-resistant urethane.
Urethane has excellent wear resistance and mechanical strength, and the hardness can be selected from A90, A70, and A50.
A90 is ether urethane, A50/A70 is ester urethane.
Also, it can be changed to antistatic urethane with additional machining (UDC).
Silicon has excellent chemical resistance and heat resistance. Heat-resistant urethane has excellent mechanical strength and can be used for heat-resistant applications (up to 110℃).
