Urethane/Rubber Rollers - Straight, Crowned Type

roller with various resins and hardnesses to choose from. There are two types of shapes: straight type and crown type.
The material of the core metal can be selected from steel (equivalent to S45C), stainless steel (SUS304), and aluminum (aluminum alloy).
For the lining, you can specify urethane (natural color), antistatic urethane (gray), silicone rubber (light gray), heat-resistant urethane (reddish brown), or NBR (black).
Shore hardness can be selected from Shore A50 to Shore A95. Please check the outline drawing and specification table for availability.
A90/95 is ether urethane, A50/A70 is ester urethane.
It is possible to specify dimensions in 1mm increments for the L specification type, but the length that can be specified for the L dimension selection type cannot be selected.
Additional machining (MC) allows tapping holes to be machined at two locations on the outside diameter. In addition, (UDC) allows you to change the urethane to antistatic urethane.
Please refer to the specification table for the range of dimensions that can be specified.

Urethane, Rubber Rollers - Press-Fit Straight Type

roller with a core material press-fitted into urethane rubber, urethane foam, or chloroprene rubber. Shore (hardness) can be selected from A90, A65, and A25.
Urethane A90 is ether-based and A65 is ester-based.
Change to antistatic urethane is also possible by specifying additional work.
Urethane foam has extremely low permeability to water, oil, and chemicals compared to sponge, and has excellent grip and shock absorption, making it suitable for transporting thin objects.
Chloroprene rubber has superior heat resistance, cold resistance, and oil resistance compared to natural rubber.
