MISUMI
roller with a bearing that has a core material press-fitted into urethane rubber, foamed urethane, or chloroprene rubber. There are two types of core material: SUS304 or aluminum alloy.
Can be changed to stainless steel bearing with additional machining (SB). Shore (hardness) can be selected from A90, A65, and A25.
A90 is ether-based, and urethane A65 is ester-based.
Change to antistatic urethane is also possible by specifying additional work.
Urethane foam has extremely low permeability to water, oil, and chemicals compared to sponge, and has excellent grip and shock absorption, making it suitable for transporting thin objects.
Chloroprene rubber has superior heat resistance, cold resistance, and oil resistance compared to natural rubber.- Volume Discount
