Temperature Controllers(Output Type:Location Proportional)
Temperature controllers are devices used to adjust the temperature of the controlled device to the set target temperature. The types available include digital controllers that can display temperature along with properties such as humidity, pressure or flow rate. Temperature controllers compare the temperature measured by the sensor (thermocouple or resistance temperature detector) to the target temperature, and send out a control signal used to control the output of an electric heater. The control methods used include ON/OFF control and PID control, so the right control method should be selected. The controlled device will be affected by the heat capacity and operating environment, creating different responses to temperature control. To properly control temperature, the right temperature controller should be selected for the properties of the controlled device.

·A white PV display with a height of 25 mm (E5AC) and 18 mm (E5EC/E5EC-B) has been adopted to improve visibility.
·Realization of high-speed sampling of 50 ms.
·For the 48 x 96 mm size, in addition to the screw terminal block, you can also select from the push-in Plus terminal block type that reduces wiring man-hours.
·Slim body with a depth of 60 mm (screw terminal block type).
·Easy connection with PLC by programless communication function. It is also possible to link between temperature controllers via component communication.
·A tool port is provided not only on the top of the main unit, but also on the front, and by connecting it to a computer using a communication conversion cable (sold separately), settings can be made without wiring the power supply. Easy setting from CX-Thermo (sold separately).
