Lamp Fixtures for Inspection（Irradiation Light Type：Surface Emitted Light）

Image processing LEDs are LED lighting used for image processing, inspections, etc. Utilizing ion brightness, spectral reflectance, scattering rate during illumination, etc. it is used for applications such as reading 2D codes, inspecting parts on circuit boards, inspecting letter punches, scratches, and printings, and inspecting contaminant inside powders. The product comes in shapes including rings, domes, bars, backlight, etc. and the emission colors vary from single to mixed. In addition, there are various types and features such as products that can switch the illumination angle mode, ones that have a structure that prevents the reflection of LED elements and halation, ones that use highly transparent infrared elements, ones that have a lighting and power supply controller set, etc. Light source types include self-illuminated types and fiber head, which are selected according to the application.
