Locating Units（Type：Spacer / Mounting Bracket）
Positioning unit parts are parts used to correct or align mold die positions. They include parts enabling easy positioning of workpieces in the form of thin plates such as by preventing backflow of pallets on a transport line, positioning buckets in transport equipment, preventing falls of transported items or preventing backflow of transport units. They also include parts used to secure the covers of jigs or items with mechanisms for single-action mounting of bar-shaped parts, and parts used to lock openings. Other parts in this category include fasteners that are used instead of bolts and enable tool-free single-action attachment mounting/removal or jig replacement during equipment setup changes. Since they can be easily fastened, they can be fastened to a uniform tightness and eliminate variations in fastening strength. Some parts enable single-action switching between clamping and unclamping, and show at a glance whether they are fastened from the orientation of the knob.
