Grub Screws（Pad Material：Stainless Steel）

Adjusting grub screws has used for positioning work or component in automation machine. Adjusting grub screws consist of 2 parts screw and tip. Normally, tip part of adjusting grub screws will attach rubber pad to prevent scratch at work pieces or machine component from grub screw’s tip. Instead of rubber tip, some products are using flange to mount directly to adjusting target. Some products also have alignment feature, which pad at tip can move align with adjusting target surface while adjusting process. Pitch of adjusting grub screw should selected depend on usage requirement. If works aren’t required high precision adjustment, coarse pitch adjusting grub screw can be select. In the other hand, if high precision adjustment has been required, Fine pitch should be selected. Because fine pitch will move shorter comparing to coarse pitch when they were equal rotation. So, fine pitch grub screws are suit for precisely adjustment.
