V Guides（Cleaning Method：Precision Cleaning）

V guides are parts that are used to make assembly and clearance adjustment work easier and more efficient. A V guide consists of multiple components, including a system rail, track, wheel and bushing. Select the part size and length according to the application for more effective use. The rail and wheel can be used separately or freely combined. Rust-resistant stainless steel is commonly used as the material for V guide parts. Also, the V surface is hardened for excellent durability and corrosion resistance, and to enable smooth movement. Furthermore, the structure is designed to prevent dirt accumulation, and characteristics such as waterproof or dust-proof performance enable use in specific situations and under severe conditions.
