Oil Free Washers（Material：Resin）

Lubrication-free washers are washers that don't require lubricating oil. They are also called oil-less washers. To prevent seizure or wear caused by heat from frictional resistance due to the load on the bearings, lubricant such as oil is usually used on washers. Lubrication-free washers can receive thrust loads without using lubricating oil. Normally, lubrication-free bushings that contain lubricating oil or lubricant are used in combination with the bearing main body. Since there is no need to refill lubricating oil, this type is very effective for working environments in which the use of lubricating oil is difficult. The lifespan of machines is also lengthened, reducing running costs such as maintenance. These parts are widely used, from large machines such as automobiles and general industrial machinery, to small electronic equipment.

[Features]
· Pre-lubricated bearing.
· Be sure to fill with lubricant before installing.
· Supplying a small amount of lubricant at predetermined intervals allows the bearing to withstand long term operation.
· The bearing has a structure where bronze in a spherical powdered form is sintered on to the steel backing and polyacetal resin is then impregnated into the surface.
· Operation is quiet, free of squeaking or knocking.
· Low friction characteristics prevents damage to the shaft (mating surface).
· The bearing surface remains virtually wear-free with minimum amount of lubricant (grease or oil).
· The frictional force at startup is extremely low. This enables smooth rotation at startup and at low speed under high load conditions. Superior non-seizure properties.
· Shaft misalignment tolerance is excellent.
