[Features]
· Nylon 66 provides high rigidity, heat resistance and wear resistance, and also possesses excellent elasticity.
· Nylon 66 maintains performance even under conditions that would be extreme for metals, and will not corrode like metals.
· The internal diameter of the nylon ring is designed to standard to be the same dimension as the effective diameter of the nut's screw thread.
· An external thread is formed to adhere closely to the nylon ring by fitting together with the external thread of the bolt, generating fitting friction in that portion.
· This friction generates torque that prevents loosening of the nut caused by rotational vibration, linear vibration and impact, etc. applied from all directions.
