It is a sanitary ferrule made in Japan, conforming to the ISO standard.
[Features]
・ ISO standard clamp union fittings are unions that are assembled by sandwiching a gasket with ferrules and tightening with a clamp
・ The union has a structure where the inner surface of the pipe and the sealing surface match when tightened
・ Welded screw union is joined with sanitary pipe by argon arc TIG welding. The inner and outer diameters of the welded part are in accordance with JIS G 3447 stainless steel copper sanitary pipe dimensions
・ The expand band type screw union pushes the pipe with the tube expander and joins the fitting

・ Ideal when introducing HACCP

・ Sufficient sealing is possible even in the steam line (Operating temperature 145°C or less)
・ It has excellent sealing performance at high temperatures and can be used for aseptic lines and aseptic systems
・ Can be used for most chemicals that were difficult to use with conventional rubber
・ Can be used without problems for the following chemicals
