JUNRON One-Touch Fittings M Series (for General Piping) 45° Elbow

[Features]
· Electroless nickel plating is applied to metal parts as standard.
· The nickel plating on all brass components of the M Series nipples and the plastic bodies have been standardized.
· Colored seals for seal identification.
· Each of the different types of R (PT) threads are coated with a different colored seal so they can be identified at a glance (PAT. NO 1820889).
· The body can be positioned in accordance with the withdrawal direction of the tube.
· The R (PT) threads of the elbow/tee and the resin joint sections rotate. This allows for free positioning in accordance with the withdrawal direction of the tube after the fitting has been mounted. In addition, the screw can be tightened while the resin part is fixed in position.
· The tube grip is equipped with a rotating mechanism.
· The tube grip rotates smoothly inside the fitting, which prevents the tube from turning and breaking.

Junron One-Touch Fitting W Series (Spot Welding Equipment for Piping) 45° Elbow

JUNKOSHA

Non-flammable. Superior body strength and impact resistance. The tube grip comes with a rotating mechanism. All the sealing material is water resistant NBR. No need for sealing tape. The R (PT) thread part and resin connection part rotate.

[Features]
· Plastic portion conforms to UL94V-0 flame retardant rating.
· The burst strength of the R (PT) resin press fit part is 30% stronger than that of conventional parts.
· The shock resistance has improved tremendously thanks to a new tube grip mechanism.
· The tube clip rotates smoothly in the fitting and prevents tube breakage due to rotation of the tube.
· Water resistant O-ring and V-seal made of NBR.
· R (PT) screw part is already sealed, hence sealing tape is not required.
· The combined part of the R (PT) screw part of the elbow tee and the resin part can be rotated after setting, meaning the piping can be installed in any direction and the screw part can be tightened even if the resin part is fixed.
