- IMAO CORPORATION offers the USC series of Urethane Tip Nose Screws.
- The main body of the clamping screw is made of Steel (SCM435).
- The surface of the main body is treated with black oxide for enhanced durability.
- The nose part of the clamping screw is made of Polyurethane plastic (Shore A90, Orange).
- The screws are available in six sizes: M5 x 0.8, M6 x 1, M8 x 1.25, M10 x 1.5, M12 x 1.75, or M16 x 2.
- These screws are equipped with a urethane pad that prevents damage to the workpiece. The pad is fixed in place using adhesive.
