[Features]
·It is an epoch-making disc abrasive material (not a cutting wheel) created by encapsulating abrasive grains in a base material that combines elastic rubber and a specially processed ceramic filler (filling material).
·Ceramic filler is mixed into the elastic rubber to prevent clogging, and the autogenous effect ensures long-lasting and stable polishing performance.
·Furthermore, the elastic rubber, which has excellent impact resistance, softens the contact with the work material, resulting in a surface roughness that is several levels smoother than the grain size indicated on the product.
[Applications]
·Deburring of cut metal surfaces, surface finishing of stainless steel equipment, chamfering of glass, scratch removal of non-ferrous metals, removal of paint film, etc.
