ESLON, Eslo-Coat LX Fitting Reducing Tees (RT)

The core is adhered to the inner side of the lining steel pipe, effectively blocking permeation of the water onto the metal surface, and corrosion of the tube end portion, the fitting body and the like are prevented.

[Features]
· ESLON Eslo-Coat LX joint is an anti-corrosion joint with a built-in core where the "core" tightly adheres to the inner surface of the lined steel pipe, and effectively prevents water from entering into the metal surface of the joint.
· Fitting interior is all coated with resin.
· The core prevents pipe-end corrosion and is integrated with the protective layer to significantly improve resistance to corrosion.
· Integrated core suitable for pipe juncture and pipe end anticorrosion.
▪ Uses hard vinyl chloride or denatured polyphenylene ether, which are confirmed to be hygienic and can therefore be used for supplying water.

Because the connection side of equipment is in general electrically insulated, contact corrosion due to contact with different metals is prevented. The resin core, resides on the lining steel pipe connection side, and the pipe end is highly corrosion resistant.

[Features]
· ESLON Eslo-Coat LX insulation joints prevent galvanic corrosion caused by contact with different metals.
· On the contact side of the instrument, etc., the gunmetal inner sleeve is electronically insulated at the insulation adhesion layer, preventing contact corrosion due to contact with different metals.
· The material on the thread insert side of the lined steel pipe is black core malleable cast iron and there is a plastic core on the connection side of the lined steel pipe that exhibits superior anti-corrosion at the end of the pipe.
