Magnetizers/demagnetizers are a general term for an energy supply device that magnetizes a permanent magnet to create a high magnetic field, or a machine that extracts magnetism from a magnetized magnetic material. Used for magnetizing and demagnetizing work tools such as drills and end mills, blades, and centering bars. [Features]
· By magnetizing the tips of the screwdrivers, etc., screws can be retained more securely.
· Can be used for easy tightening or removal in narrow or difficult-to-reach spaces.
· Ideal for demagnetization of magnetic blades
* Can be magnetized to S45C to S55, or SK materials, but this might not be possible depending on the structure of the materials.
* Adsorption is less for box wrenches (hexagonal shape) because the tool contact surface area is small.
[Applications]
