Magnetic separation equipment is a tool for separating metals one by one using a magnet and for adsorbing and collecting iron powder. There are magnet bars, magnet plates, steel panel splitters, etc. The magnet bar is a square or round bar magnet that collects metal from powder, liquid, and granules. It is mainly used in the powder and grain industry and the chemical industry. Some of them have screw holes on the corner end faces, so some of them can be mounted inside the tank or in the flow path. The plate-shaped magnet plate can be used in the same way as the magnet bar, but the steel panel splitter can separate the steel plates and semi-pressed products one by one at regular intervals by the force of the magnet. It is installed as a separating device at the outlet of the press/shearing or automatic steel plate supply line, and is characterized by easy installation.
