Spare blade type chamfering tools / tips / blades are cutting tools such as blades, inserts, blades, etc. used for chamfering and their parts. Chamfering is a process that removes burrs by cutting sharp parts of metal, and is essential for making safe products with high accuracy. The main products are replaceable blades such as spot drills, chamfer cutters, counter sinks, etc. With spot drills, there is a type that can perform drill hole positioning and chamfering at one time. The chamfering cutter can be used for chamfering the edges of square objects. The feature of the counter sink is that it can be chamfered easily on a drill press.
