Wafer Carriers / Special Precision Tools（Tweezers Feature：Wafer）

Wafer carriers and special precision tools include containers used for transporting and storing wafers and tools that are suitable for work in cleanrooms where wafers are handled. Wafer carriers, also known as shipping cases or boxes, range from ones for transporting a single wafer to ones that can store multiple wafers together. There are also handles for wafer carriers that is put in grooves of a carrier for installation to carry the carrier. In each case, select the one compatible with the size of the wafer. Special precision tools are used in cleanrooms and made of materials that have suitable anti-static properties and chemical resistance. A clean-washed air blow gun can supply air with high filtration accuracy using a hollow fiber membrane filter. When selecting, make sure that it is suitable for the class of the cleanroom to be used.
