Cleanroom Waste Cloths（Material：Nylon）
A cleanroom wipe is a cloth product with reduced self-dusting that can be used in a cleanroom. It is used in a wide range of fields, such as the manufacture of semiconductors and precision equipment that does not allow any generation of dust, and the production of food that requires special attention to hygiene. Polyester, pulp, nylon, etc. are often used as materials. It can be used not only for finishing of wiping and wiping liquids in manufacturing processes but also for cleaning in cleanrooms because the amounts of dust generation and residual ions are minimized compared to a general cleaning rag. There are also products that have improved wiping performance and adsorption of dust and dirt by using ultra-fine fibers and high-density processing and products that have been anti-static finished. Since the characteristics of cleaning rags vary, it is necessary to select a rag compatible with the cleanliness level of the workplace.
