Clean Sticks / Rollers / Cotton Swabs（Shaft material：Aluminum）
Clean sticks, rollers, and cotton swabs are dust removal products used in industrial fields such as R&D and manufacturing. Clean sticks includes products with a head made of a weldable material such as adhesive rubber and products that have no self-dusting properties. They are used to remove fine dust in cleanrooms and microscopic dust. Some products have replaceable heads for multiple purposes. The rollers have adhesive properties to remove dust and dirt. You can select an adhesive type according to the application from a strong adhesive type for resin and metal plates, a medium adhesive type for removing fine dust adhered to thick film materials, etc. In addition, you can remove dust adhering to a roller using a transfer adhesive sheet and clean the roller itself with a cleaning liquid. Cotton swabs are industrial swabs used for cleaning electronic and precision equipment, and the length of the shaft, the material, and the diameter of the cotton ball must be selected according to the application.

The pen body is made of aluminum while the pen tip is made from conductive urethane adhesive rubber. There is no transfer of glue since no adhesive materials are used. Silicon-free and can be used for semiconductor substrates safely. Dust adhered to the pen tip can be removed using a specialized transfer sheet (sold separately).

Handle and head are rigid and made of lightweight aluminum. Since there is a sponge attached to the back of the head, it gets exceptionally close to the surface of the floor and takes up all dirt. The wiper has been heat-cut, minimizing the lint and dust generated from the cutting surface.
