Cleaning rags are pieces of clothes or rags that are used at low costs for the purpose of wiping up dirt, oil and impure substances on machines, etc. Their materials are basically categorized into fabric-made type including non-woven products and paper-made. And as for fabric-made products, cleaning rags made with new fabrics and used fabrics are on sale. Generally, cleaning rags made with used fabrics are said to have superior water absorption properties, but in the case of using unbleached cleaning rags, it is necessary to pay attention to color transfer. · High performance wiper using long fiber nonwoven cloth Bemliese® MF from Asahi Kasei Fiber made from cotton. This consists of 3-4 micron fibers in each thread for excellent wiping performance.
· Cotton is the raw material, so it can absorb and retain water excellently up to about 13 times its own weight. The fabric itself has some moisture content so it is unlikely to generate static electricity.
· Materials buried in ground returns to soil due to biodegradation by bacteria.
