A mist eliminator is a device that collects oil mist generated from machine tools from the air. The spraying of oil mist can lead to workers falling over, causing health damage, equipment failure and factory contamination, and using a mist eliminator can prevent these problems. There are two main collection methods: an electric method that uses static electricity and a filter method that performs collection using a filter. Both are compatible with water-soluble mist, but collecting oil-based mist may require the selection of compatible products or the use of optional products. Electric type products require regular electrode cleaning, and filter type products require regular filter replacement and cleaning to prevent clogging. Some products are filterless and require no maintenance, and can be used continuously for a long period of time while maintaining suction power.
