MIL Standard Compliant Circular Connector, H/MS Series

MS connectors are compliant with the MIL standard. Plugs come in straight and right-angled versions, and waterproof and TUV-certified versions are available for selection.

• Plugs include waterproof versions: Waterproof plugs come in L-shaped and straight types. The L-shaped types use a divided shell so as not to impede wiring.
• Plugs are structured to be waterproof when fitted to a receptacle.
• Waterproof performance is IP67 or better: Types whose receptacle is a male terminal are waterproof as a unit.
• Receptacles are waterproof as units, preventing moisture from infiltrating into the machinery from outside. (Types with female terminals are not waterproof as units.)
• TUV-certified connectors are equipped with protection circuits (ground): When the connector is pulled out, the protection circuit (ground) connects before any other circuit, and breaks after other circuits break.

· There is the HA16 type with its simple and smart streamlined design that puts the cable clamp inside the plug connector, and the HA216 and HA316 types that place the cable clamp on the outside. Select the type that best suits your equipment.

· For the three-pin type, there are four interlocking types to choose from.

Miniature High Performance Circular Connector, HR22 Series【1-100 Pieces Per Package】

This is a multi-pin round connector that uses a vibration-resistant screw-coupling structure. (The interior of the coupling is equipped with a spring that prevents loosening of the screws.) Waterproof type and non-waterproof type.
[Features]
・There are two types, waterproof and non-waterproof, and each is compatible. The internal structure of the waterproof type is such that it can operate after being submerged at a depth of 1.8 m for 48 hours in a fitted condition, with no ingress of water.
・The structure prevents lock loosening. The lock structure has a screw coupling system in which the interior of the coupling is equipped with a spring that prevents loosening.
・There are 2 wiring work systems: Crimped types and soldered types. Users can choose depending on the application.
・Receptacle installation is easy. From the panel surface, the nut fastening system makes receptacle installation fast and easy.
・There are types that also take into consideration lack of flexibility. By covering the shell with a code bushing, the bending radius is enlarged, and this prevents disconnections when the cable is flexed.
