Power Strips Compliant with Japanese Standards（Switch form：Each Individual Port）

Japanese standard compliant power strips are for use inside Japan and are used to supply additional outlet receptacles. They are also called "outlet strips". Because the number of outlets fixed to walls, etc., are limited, power strips are often used in offices and construction sites where electrical appliances are in use. Some products have a plug and no cord attached directly to the main unit, but products with extension cords and multiple outlets are more common. Japanese standard compliant power strips are made with materials such as nylon resin that exhibit excellent heat resistance, oil resistance and abrasion resistance. Various types are available and can be selected according to application, including magnet-backed types that can attach to the sides of office desks, types with switches that turn power on and off without having to pull out the cord and types with dust-proofing.

Lightning Guard Power Strip With Individual Switch

Lightning surge protected power strip with a built-in, high-performance, lightning surge-absorbing element for protecting electrical equipment against lightning surges.
[Features]
・ It has a built-in high-performance lightning surge absorber (varistor) with a maximum surge voltage of 12,500 V, which is effective in preventing damage to electronic devices such as personal computers and AV equipment due to lightning (Maximum surge voltage 12,500 V is a value based on JEC210 / 212 standard)
・ It has an individual switch that can be turned ON/OFF for each connected device and can save standby power individually
・ Individual switches are diagonally arranged so as not to get in a way even when an AC adapter or a large plug is connected
・ UF resin, which has excellent heat resistance, is used for the outlet, so it does not easily melt even in the unlikely event of heat generation, and is effective in preventing electric fires
・ One outlet is separated so that it does not interfere with the adjacent outlet even if an AC adapter is connected
・ An insulating cap is attached to the base of the blade of the plug, which helps prevent fires due to the undesired arcing
・ The power cord uses a double-covered cord that compliant with the Japan Wiring System Industry Association standard (JWDS0010), so it is effective in preventing electric shock and fire due to disconnection or tearing of the wire
・ Uses a 180° swivel plug that is easy to wire even in tight spaces
・ The plug specification is a 2-prong type and a convenient 4 or 6 outlets type
