Foot switches are used to turn the power supply of machine tools or other devices ON or OFF with your foot. Using your foot to do this work frees up your hands to do other things. These switches are widely used not only for general industrial equipment such as machine tools and press machines, but also for measuring instruments and medical devices. They are made from materials such as aluminum alloys and ABS resins. Various types are available, such as a foot switch with a protective frame, a round type switch and a waterproof type. Because foot switches are used while placed on the floor, select a foot switch suitable for the operating environment, such as one that is resistant to water, dust or impacts.
