PLC (Motion Controllers)
PLC (Motion Controller) is a multi-functional positioning PLC unit that can perform high-speed and high-accuracy position detection and drive control. The output of the unit is differential output, open collector output, etc. There are various types such as a type that controls two axes simultaneously or independently, a type that can control up to 64 axes with one unit, etc. Multi-axis control is also possible by connecting additional units, but care must be taken that adding units is limited to the current consumption range of the power supply unit. Each positioning unit has various additional functions such as correction function, home return function, synchronous encoder operation function, etc. There is some errors in the control, but it can be improved by the correction function. The homing function is effective when an intermediate stop occurs due to equipment failure, the current position cannot be determined, etc.

Single Axis Motion Controller MR-MQ100
MITSUBISHI
The MR-MQ100 allows a single axis to be completely controlled and synchronized to a separate encoder or virtual axis with no additional controller hardware. A complete range of essential functions are available, including encoder and virtual axis synchronization, mark registration, point to point positioning and user defined cam profiles. In addition, the hardware complements these powerful software features with built-in I/O and SSCNET III motion networking capability. The controller has as standard an Ethernet port for communication to HMI and PLC, like Q-PLC, FX-PLC and 3rd party products.
With the intuitive MT Developer2 software abstract programming is replaced with graphical models of the actual mechanical system. It's easy to create virtual clutches, gears and cam profiles by simple drag and drop selection.
