· Straight shank
· Spiral specification
· No pilot hole required. Allows existing holes to be expanded with ease.
· The use of a spiral blade makes hole drilling work even smoother
· Uses a proprietary spiral groove angle to ensure speedy engagement with the work material.
· A structure that minimized hole burrs.
· Uses cobalt type high speed steel, allowing use with stainless steel materials.
· Can be used simultaneously for hole drilling, deburring and chamfering of plastic, wooden boards and metal.
· Clean hole drilling work can be accomplished easily with an electric drill, drill press, etc.
· Various types of hole drilling can be done including the round surface of pipes, making square holes round, machining of long oval holes, wide objects, etc.

(i)Caution
- When drilling holes in stainless steel, the workpiece must have a thickness of no more than 1.2 mm, cutting paste applied, and a rotation speed 1/2 that you would use for iron.
