Thread Limit Plug Gauge (ISO-Compliant JIS Standard Specification) GPNP
Essential instrument for checking thread accuracy. Thread gauge enabling easy checking of thread accuracy on the GO and NOGO sides.
[Features]
· Testing using predetermined upper and lower limit dimensional accuracy of screw parts.
ISO system JIS standard specification.
· The conventional JIS standard classifies NOGO sides into "for testing" and "for manufacturing", but the ISO-compliant JIS standard is simplified, without classification.
· The screw thread is judged to have passed if the GO gauge goes through without any difficulties and the NOGO gauge does not thread more than 2 complete revolutions.
