UTDF 2-Flute Flat Drill
[Features]
· The 180° tip angle design allows for hole drilling in various applications that are difficult with a normal drill.
· Adopts a 30° torsion angle for stable and high efficiency hole drilling with excellent chip discharge.
· Has a thinned shape for improved chip discharging and sharpness.
· The guiding effect of the double margin to the inner wall of the hole ensures straightness during hole drilling, even for non-planar shapes.
· Product lineup to accommodate various tap pilot hole diameter sizes.
(i)Caution
- Adjust the cutting conditions based on the machinery rigidity, the state of the workpiece clamp and the shape of the workpiece to be machined.
- Water-soluble or oil-based machining oil is recommended. Perform step machining if it becomes clogged with cutting chips.
